In the event your purchase is faulty, damaged or wrongly described Synthetek Industries will refund your money or exchange the product upon return of that product with the presentation of your proof of purchase.
Please note that the delivery charge will be reimbursed when Synthetek Industries accepts fault. If Synthetek Industries delivered the wrong product or there is a fault with the product (including any damage caused in transit).
Any product purchased and if being deemed as faulty, damaged or wrongfully described is solely at the discretion of Synthetek Industries .
Please make sure you are selecting the right items as all sales are final and Synthetek Industries does not accept returns or offer refunds for incorrect items ordered.
This also applies if you have changed your mind after purchasing.

To return your product, you will need to mail the product back to the distributor that initially dispatched it to you – we will advise you of the return address if required.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if sent without tracking.
